Most solar software ends its relationship with the customer at an emailed PDF. SolarProjeX gives your customers a real account instead: equipment, documents, warranties, receipts, appointments, service history, and live production, all under your brand and your domain. It reads straight from SolarProjeX, so there is nothing for your office to keep in sync separately.
Service requests submitted through the portal land in your queue as requests, not self-scheduled bookings, so nothing shows up on your calendar without your team seeing it first. Customer-submitted equipment corrections go to an approval queue rather than writing straight into your record.
