Every person sees the training that's actually relevant to their job.

Courses are built from illustrated internal lessons. A person works through them, marks each one complete, and if a lesson changes materially later, it asks them to review the current version — their earlier completion stays in their history, it isn't erased. A lesson can be printed or saved as a PDF for anyone who needs an offline copy, but the internal lesson stays the source of truth.

Managers and admins see team progress and record course sign-off, which only unlocks once that person has completed every current lesson in it — it isn't something a person can check off themselves.

Reference files are separate: your own safety material, procedures, policies, and vendor documents, each one gated by role and by the specific app area it applies to. When an uploaded file has a current internal lesson covering the same ground, it links straight to that lesson so your team always lands on the maintained version, not a copy that might have gone stale.
