Customer texting
When a homeowner texts back, the message files itself against their record where the whole office can see it. The notification opens the conversation itself, and messaging rules are enforced for each individual recipient.
A customer replies to an appointment text. The reply reaches one phone. Whoever holds that phone now has context nobody else in the company has, and the next person to touch the account starts from nothing — asking questions the customer has already answered and repeating commitments somebody has already made.
Texts file against the customer record. Anyone with access to that customer sees the thread as part of their history, alongside notes, jobs, invoices and documents. The alert about a new message opens the conversation itself rather than dropping you on a general screen and leaving you to find it.
Consent is enforced per person, not per company. Each recipient's own contact details and status decide whether a message can be sent, so one person opting out cannot accidentally silence a whole account and a company-level setting cannot accidentally message somebody who asked you not to. When messages are held back, the system reports how many were held and how many were reachable — never a bare zero that reads as success.
How it works
A reply lands against the customer it came from, in their history, next to everything else about them.
Click the notification and you are in the conversation, not on a screen where you have to go find it.
Each recipient's own status decides whether a message sends. One opt-out does not silence an account, and a company setting does not override an individual.
Notifications outside working hours wait. A silenced alert never quietly turns itself into a text message at 2am.
Anyone with access to that customer record, under the same permissions that govern the rest of their history. That is the point — the conversation belongs to the company, not to one handset.
Per recipient. Each person's own contact details and status decide whether a send is allowed, so consent is honoured at the level it was actually given.
Yes, explicitly — how many were held and how many were reachable. A silent zero looks like success and is how a whole day of unsent messages goes unnoticed.
